submitted by Tiffany W. - |Recommended: NoVivint — You install this stupid Vivint in my apartment. Already hate having it, one the alarm goes off at 4 30 am for no reason. And two times my bedroom light stopped working. Then I called to get it fixed and the on call maintenance are to dam lazy to come and fix it. And whoever the lady who picked up the phone was a bitch. Her words exactly your bedroom light isn't important. Then she tried to cover her track and say that isn't what she said. The hell you calling me a fucking liar for. She said that exactly. And the hell my bedroom light isn't important Are you fricken kidding me, you installed a piece of shit in the apartment that caused my light to stop working and that isn't fucking important to fix. You want me to change in the dark You want me to trip over something and break my body I pay so much to live here and you have the guts to tell me my bedroom light isn't important If this happens again I will file a complaint with the county. And I will dam make sure you guys put bedroom light important to fix. I am over this bullshit. 4 years living here and didn't have a problem beside parking now this Vivint is pissing me off. You better get your crap together Liv arbors. Because I have been telling people don't live here because of the Vivint you installed. Which by the way has made my bill go up higher. It does nothing to help me only for me to pay more than I was.

submitted by Lexi S. - |Recommended: NoMisleading Quality for Price — I was put on a waiting list. When I was called, much of the information was given over the phone. I was told I would have WiFi, a garage, among other amenities when I asked why the rent was so high for one person. I had not signed up for the floor plan they were offering either. I also asked how much heating and electric was here obviously depends on construction quality and personal use to which I was told about 10- 30 for each. I haven’t even been sleeping living here. I stay at my partners house because it is so loud. I hardly am using appliances and my lights are already off with heating set at 68. AND IM STILL PAYING OVER 100 combined for electric heat. It’s not the extra costs I’m surprised about. I feel lied to and misled about the “great deal” I was getting. Additionally, you only allow certain breeds here due to aggression associated with them, and yet, I have been growled at and am subjected to the never ending barking of my next door neighbors dog. My upstairs neighbor also has an AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD that runs constantly and barks at anyone it can see. I though paying a higher rent would mean I would live in a more quality, noise reducing building. If I had known this, I would’ve paid 600 rent somewhere else for the same low-rate conditions.

The amenities, groundskeeping's, resident events and the apartments themselves are all A . Thank you Liv for being on top of your game 24 7.

submitted by Michelle J. - |Recommended: YesBlessed to call Liv Arbors Home — I've lived here 10 plus years. The staff treat us residents so great. They go above and beyond what they need to do. They help me carry heavy items in my home, they help me when I'm sick, they help me take my dogs out if I can't. My husband passed away 5 years ago so I'm a widow. This is the best place for me to be.
