|Recommended: NoJust moved in — The application process was easy. Great communication with Liv Staff. It was also really easy to move in. The staff gave us a great orientation of the premises and apartment. The apartment layout is space conscious. With lots of storage. Our garage is also spacious. There's room for car and extra storage. The apartment was super clean and smelled great when we arrived.

|Recommended: NoVivint — You install this stupid Vivint in my apartment. Already hate having it, one the alarm goes off at 4 30 am for no reason. And two times my bedroom light stopped working. Then I called to get it fixed and the on call maintenance are to dam lazy to come and fix it. And whoever the lady who picked up the phone was a bitch. Her words exactly your bedroom light isn't important. Then she tried to cover her track and say that isn't what she said. The hell you calling me a fucking liar for. She said that exactly. And the hell my bedroom light isn't important Are you fricken kidding me, you installed a piece of shit in the apartment that caused my light to stop working and that isn't fucking important to fix. You want me to change in the dark You want me to trip over something and break my body I pay so much to live here and you have the guts to tell me my bedroom light isn't important If this happens again I will file a complaint with the county. And I will dam make sure you guys put bedroom light important to fix. I am over this bullshit. 4 years living here and didn't have a problem beside parking now this Vivint is pissing me off. You better get your crap together Liv arbors. Because I have been telling people don't live here because of the Vivint you installed. Which by the way has made my bill go up higher. It does nothing to help me only for me to pay more than I was.
